I am doing better this has been something of a game changer in how I think about this body, usefulness and how I am to spend my time given. I am still struggling with pain a tightness in both hand and shoulder they have found more arthritis in the hand mostly my thumb but I am told beside cortisone shots not much can be done at this point. I will work around it others have harder obstacles than me to work around. So I will deal with it a this will be my last update about it . Greatfull for my friends and family who have help me out during this time. Especially my husband who loved and seen me through this even on days I was not too lovable.
